Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jennifer Meyer jewelry, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and affix to your return package.

• 3.
  Secure the Shipment

  Place your jewelry in its original designer box and use a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
